€ 3,50 per persons until 31.10.2023 / € 4.00 per persons from 01.11.2023. per persons. Teenagers up to 15 years are not taxable.
Check-In is from 4 p.m. If it's possible the check-in is also earlier available. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment until 10 a.m. It's possible to store your luggage temporarily.
Late check-out until 6 p.m. There is an extra charge of € 30,- per apartment (depending on availability)
Please note to make a prepayment of 30 % of the total amount after receiving the booking confirmation. In response your booking is binding and we're looking forward to welcome you at the Apart Peak Ötztal.
We offer you following payment options: transfer, cash, Visa, V Pay, apple pay, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
- up to 14 day before arrival no cancellation fee
- up to 7 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee
- one week before arrival 100% cancellation fee
We provide you a free child's bed including bedclothes and a high chair for the duration of you stay - please let us know in advance. Child allowance on demand.
We do not allow pets.
For your breakfast we offer you a free bread roll service, ordered the evening before you will find your bread rolls in the morning from 5.30 a.m. in front of the door.
Our lockable bike and ski room is equipped with a repair station and a charging station for your e-bikes.
Bed clothes, towels, the parking and the wifi are included to the apartment price. In summer the Summer Card is included (many advantages in the whole valley). You also get discounts for your visit at AQUA DOME
Free parkings in front of the house are available.
The final cleaning is included. We kindly request you to clean the kitchen and the dishes and remove the garbage and groceries. If there is an unusual staining of the apartment we retain an amount of € 75,00 of the deposit.
